Orders & Shipping
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship all over India and are working on international shipping soon!
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery within India takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Yes! If you receive a defective or wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll happily exchange it or offer a refund. For size exchanges, the item must be unused and in original packaging — shipping charges may apply.

A: For best results, wash inside out in cold water and line dry. Avoid bleach and ironing directly over prints.
Q: How do I wash my tote bag?
A: Spot clean or gentle hand wash in cold water. Air dry flat for best results.
